To make an appointment to see a specialist in urology at UCLA, please call the Urology Appointment Line at (310) 794-7700 or fill out our convenient on-line form. Our staff will ask you the reason for your visit and may request that you bring copies of medical records, radiological or laboratory test results with you.
Please bring your insurance card(s) with you when you come for your appointment. You will also need to bring your referral from your primary care physician if you have been referred by your medical group.

The UCLA Department of Urology, at the UCLA Medical Center, is located in the heart of the Westwood area of Los Angeles. Because of its central location, the Medical Center is in close proximity to many fine hotels that can act as temporary residences for both patients and family members visiting the Department of Urology. In addition to commercial hotels, there are several facilities on the UCLA campus that provide excellent temporary housing for visiting families. We are pleased to present the following list of recommended facilities for your convenience.
